Go To: Control Panel -> Adminitrative Tools -> Internet Information Services.

Open up the trees*COMPUTER NAME HERE* -> Web Sites -> Default Web Site -> tcas.

Right click on tcas and choose PropertiesUnder the “Virtual Directory” tab.

Click the “Configuration” button.

In the “ApplicationConfiguration” window that appears, click the “Options” tab.

Under “Session timeout”, change the value to the desired expire time.

Click OK, then OK again to close both windows.

Restart ‘Internet Information Services’ service.
